Return & Refund Policy
At Ritualistic, every product undergoes a strict quality inspection before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, we offer returns strictly in accordance with the terms outlined below.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is incorrect (does not match the item confirmed at the time of order)
- The product has a manufacturing defect
- The product is received in a damaged condition
- Returns will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance that are inherent to handcrafted or artisanal products (if applicable)
2. Return Window
All return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of receipt of the product.
Requests raised after this period will not be eligible for return, replacement, or credit.
3. Return Initiation Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Email us at support@ritualistic.in within 48 hours of delivery and include the following:
- Your Order ID
- Clear images or videos highlighting the defect, damage, or incorrect product received
Our Quality Control Team will review the request and determine eligibility.
Ritualistic reserves the right to accept or reject any return request after inspection.
4. Reverse Pickup & Replacement
Once the return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our logistics partner.
Upon successful receiving of the returned product, a replacement for the correct product will be dispatched.
The entire process typically takes 4-5 working days, subject to logistical constraints.
The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and packed securely
5. Replacement Unavailability
In the event that a replacement is not available, a Credit Note equivalent to the value of the product will be issued.
The Credit Note will be redeemable only on the Ritualistic online store
It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
6. Refund Policy
Please note that monetary refunds are not supported
Refunds are processed only in the following forms:
- Replacement of the damaged or incorrect product
- Coupon code of equal value for use on our online store
7. General Conditions
Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Ritualistic shall not be liable for any damage occurring after delivery due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence.
This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India
